SHIPPING POLICY
ODM Merchandise currently ships nationwide within the United States.
Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding major holidays.
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
When available, eligible orders may be shipped the same business day when placed before our daily processing cutoff. Same-day shipping is not guaranteed and may vary based on order volume, product availability, holidays, and other circumstances.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information at the email address provided during checkout.
Estimated Delivery
After your order has shipped, most domestic orders typically arrive within approximately:

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside ODM Merchandise’s control may cause delays.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you enter an incorrect address and the package has not shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before shipment.
Once an order has shipped, we may be unable to change the delivery address.
If an order is returned to ODM Merchandise because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Because we work to process orders quickly, cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to cancel it.
If the order has already shipped, the customer may need to receive the order and follow our return policy.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
At this time, ODM Merchandise ships primarily within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, international customers will be responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, taxes, or other charges associated with their order.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products, downloadable files, vendor lists, ebooks, toolkits, blueprints, and other digital products are non-refundable once access has been provided or the product has been downloaded, unless otherwise stated on the product page or required by applicable law.
STORE CREDIT
When applicable, ODM Merchandise may offer store credit instead of a refund.
Store credit will be issued to the customer using the method communicated by ODM Merchandise and may be subject to the terms provided at the time it is issued.
